The dramatic months of lock-down have completely blocked the world of entrateinment all over Europe. Many actors, musicians, performers and stage-hands suddenly have found themselves out of work and in many cases without a proper assistance from the State. The city of Paris ,besides being a world-known venue for cultural events and theatre performances, was the place where the first Cabaret appeared during the 15th century. As a reaction to the cultural immobility in France, many entertainment associations and theatre groups decided to come together for organising a novel event called “Semaine de la Comèdie”. The event is conceived a series of itinerant events taking place for a week, every year, on the rooftops of the French capital. In this way the spectators can live the shows in a completely different perspective, simply by getting on the roofs of their apartment blocks.
Show must go on.
